North East based artist Laura Lancaster uses anonymous old photographs to create paintings of haunting beauty. Quite abstract in their look the images draw you in with curiosity about the original photograph and admiration of the brush strokes and technique Lancaster uses. These limited edition lithographs were made at Newcastle based Hole Editions and are signed and numbered by the artist on the reverse.
